Acting for Singaporean listed property and hospitality group UOL, we have had a long involvement with flagship retail and leisure asset Holborn Island, comprising of 30 retail and leisure units with frontages to High Holborn, Hatton Garden and Leather Lane. We have provided ongoing lease advisory and asset management support prior to the launch of the asset for sale in 2026.
Our remit included the completion of rent reviews and lease renewals on existing units including the surrender of strategic parts of the estate to assist in the delivery of a new office refurbishment/development opportunity.
