KK Real Estate was founded in early 2026 to provide a bespoke client led service across a spectrum of transactional and advisory services specific to the retail and leisure property market, using our broad experience.
The real estate landscape for retail and leisure occupiers has changed significantly over the past 20 years, and continues to do so. Integrated advice across leasing and consultancy and their impact on investment value is now more important than ever.

Meet our founder
Kristian Kendall
Kristian started his property career over 20 years ago, working at niche West End retail and leisure agent Thomas Davidson & Partners, before moving to Savills where he headed the Central London Retail & Leisure lease advisory department before moving back to work at niche practices in the West End.
His personal approach and dedication has developed strong and long lasting relationships with clients, and he has advised owners of many of the most high profile retail and leisure locations across Central London.
