Acting on behalf of European fund manager Patrizia AG, we provided occupational advice in relation to the Poundland CVA. On review of the CVA and market conditions we assisted in the break of the Poundland lease and following a dedicated marketing campaign identified a new high quality retailer to take occupation following the completion of some landlord’s works.
Improved terms have been achieved in the market and on terms which align with the landlord’s future asset management strategy for the building.
