Acting on behalf of the Trust for London as part of our ongoing advice on their Cheapside Estate in the City of London, we completed a new lease with Vision Express for their new City of London flagship. This is Vision Express’ first high street acquisition in over 10 years and has delivered a new state of the art opticians with full consultancy services.
The lease was completed for a term of 10 years and included landlord flexibility to align with the client’s future asset management strategy after a comprehensive marketing campaign.
Cheapside is the premier high street location in the City of London and this letting demonstrates the continued growth of retail demand.
