Acting on behalf of the Mount Stuart Trust as part of our wider remit across their Central London commercial estate, we let the former London Marathon Store to Art Play, an experiential interactive creative studio as a relocation from their Spitalfields Market venue following a full marketing campaign.
This eastern part of the City of London close to Broadgate and Shoreditch has regenerated with the development of Broadgate, British Land’s Blossom Street scheme and Brookfield’s Principal Place to create a diverse retail and leisure environment.
Art Play committed to a new 10 year lease and have added a unique hybrid social and cultural use into the City of London leisure and creative economy.
